At Montale Parfums, we strive for your complete satisfaction with our olfactory creations; however, if you are not entirely pleased, we accept returns of unopened and sealed products within 14 days of delivery. Due to hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns for fragrances that have been unsealed, sprayed, or otherwise used.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your fragrance remains in its original cellophane wrapping and the security seal is intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Contact Customer Support

  Email our concierge team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the designated return address.

  Secure Packaging

  Safely place the item in its original shipping box with protective padding to prevent damage to the glass bottle during transit.

• 4.
  Processing & Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the seal, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
